Product Overview

The Draught-Proof Enclosure is meticulously designed and developed by our company in accordance with the stringent requirements of IEC60598-1/GB7000.1 Appendix D. This enclosure is essential for conducting temperature rise tests under both normal and abnormal operating conditions of lamps. It provides a standardized environment crucial for lamp and luminaire product testing organizations as well as factory quality control departments.

Product Description

Our Draught-Proof Enclosure features a rectangular shape with a double perforated plate enclosure on the top and four sides, complemented by a solid wood composite floor at the bottom. This design facilitates the placement of sample holders and samples efficiently.

Key Features:

1.Double-Layer Perforated Plate: The spacing between the two layers is approximately 150mm, with holes regularly distributed across the aperture plate. The diameter of these holes ranges from 1-2mm, covering about 40% of each layer's total area.
2. Ceiling Mounting Plate: A ceiling mounting plate or removable hanger with hooks is placed at the top for testing luminaires fixed to ceilings.
3. Wire Testing Convenience: Holes are provided at the bottom sides of the windshield to accommodate wire testing.
